Last Dance

When I decided it was time to move into the city to be closer to services I needed I found the perfect solution, Punna Oasis 1.

The one bedroom condo I found suited my needs perfectly in every way, including one of the most important ones to me is the view it offers.

The location is convenient, it is across from Big C Extra on the Superhighway, but the condos are set back behind a block of commercial stores, which really helps block the noise from the Highway.

The room I rented was an end unit, which is always a bonus. You walk into a small living room/kitchenette area, with a couch and big screen TV, sink counters, refrigerator, (and now has a water filter for the sink), and cupboards. Simple but sufficient for my needs.

When I walked into the bathroom  my heart began to drop, first thing I saw was a big beautiful bathtub (gulp), but when I fully stepped in I saw on the left side there was a huge glass enclosed shower stall. Big points!

When  I stepped into the bedroom I was completely sold!

The room was huge! 2 of the walls were glass, letting in so much natural light!

One wall was all windows, the other a sliding glass door that led to a semi-covered small balcony, with the most beautiful and interesting views for being in the city!

The room was big enough to set up my office in, taking advantage of all the natural light

Since I spend most of the morning, afternoon, early evening, well, just about anytime I am not in my bed sleeping, sitting at my desk, this environment was perfect.

I never got to use the pool, but when my son visited he often enjoyed a swim. The pool was actually very active.

When I found this place I thought it would be permanent, the last home on my vast list of places I have lived,

This place afforded me the independence I am trying to cling to. About 9 months in, I began to realize my needs had grown, and the Condo was no longer the right fit for me.

So I began my search, determined to find the right home for me where I could actually settle in and put down some roots. And after searching high and low, I found it. And I made the last move for this lifetime.

But I really enjoyed the time I had at Punna Oasis 1, and if you know anyone looking for a great deal at a good place to live the condo may still be available. Especially good for someone who works at a home office like I do. Call the condo   0910691813  and ask if Room 409 is still available.
